RETURNS POLICY
We want you to have the best meals for your adventures, so you can be physically and mentally on your game when in the outdoors, and enjoy tasty meals in the awesome locations you visit.
Contact us within 30 days of your purchase if something has gone wrong with your order. Any returned products just need to be unopened and as you received them.
Any faulty products or incorrect orders we’ll will pay shipping charges.
If you are exchanging meals, you’ll need to pick up the courier charge.
MAKING A RETURN
Be sure to carefully pack the meals and ensure that the address is clearly readable. We can’t refund damaged meals, or ones that don’t even turn up. We’ll be in touch when we’ve received your meals.
