RETURNS POLICY
We genuinely want you to have the best meals for your adventure pursuits, so you can be physically and mentally on your game when in the outdoors, and most of all, enjoy tasty meals in the awesome locations you visit. If for any reason our meals are not delivering what we hope they will, we want to help solve that problem.
We’re willing to refund or exchange your order provided it’s within 30 days of your purchase. Any returned products just need to be unopened and as you received them, if they’ve done a lap of Stewart Island, we probably can’t accept it. Read on to find out how to action a refund or exchange.
Any faulty products or incorrect orders we’ll will pay shipping charges for those.
If you’re returning or exchanging meals, you’ll need to pick up the courier costs.
MAKING A RETURN
Be sure to carefully pack the meals and ensure that the address is clearly readable. You can appreciate too that we can’t refund damaged meals, or ones that don’t even turn up, lost in space.
