Hard to believe this is freeze dried. So fresh and tangy. A real treat.

Tasty but solid as a brick! Maybe it had been over-vaccumed? Was difficult to get all the required water in and then it was too solid to hydrate. I walked a couple of hours with it in my pack to see if that helped, but only marginally hydrated. Perhaps break it up as much as you can before you open the package
