Real Meals Adventure Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and over, residing in New Zealand.
2. Employees of Real Meals, their immediate families, or any affiliated partners are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Requirements: To enter the competition, participants must complete the entry criteria available on the Real Meals website.
4. Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. Prize: The prize consists of
   $3000 non-redeemable and non-transferable voucher from Helicopters Nelson. No cash alternative is available, and the voucher can only be used for helicopter flying time or services as offered by Helicopters Nelson. There will be no cash refund if the total value of the voucher is not used.
   $1000 travel voucher, which will be paid regardless of the winner’s residential location in New Zealand.
   $1000 RRP worth of Real Meals products, subject to availability at the time of the order.
6. No cash refund or compensation will be provided if the full prize value is not ordered.
7. Prize Redemption:
   The Helicopters Nelson voucher must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of issue, subject to their availability and standard booking term.
8. Real Meals products must be ordered in one transaction and are subject to stock availability at the time of redemption.
9. Non-transferable: The prize is for the named winner only and cannot be transferred to another person.
10. Winner Notification: The winner will be selected at random and notified via email or phone within 5 days of the competition closing date. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Real Meals reserves the right to select another winner.
11. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in any reasonable publicity required by Real Meals, including the use of their name and images for promotional purposes.
12. Liability: Real Meals and its affiliates accept no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damages suffered as a result of accepting or using the prize.
13. Modifications: Real Meals reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances arise beyond its control.
14. By entering the competition, participants agree that any text, content, and imagery submitted may be used by Real Meals for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media sharing and marketing.
