Very enjoyable, perfect balance of spice. Really nice mixed with the Basmati Rice which is incredible, like straight out of a rice cooker, yum.

Not in any way shape or form a vegetarian, but, this is delicious. Super tasty, filling and most defo on the list to buy again.

Personally I preferred other real meal options, but this was still tasty & nutritious. May have been better with rice….

I’ve just finished 3 days on the Routeburn Track. The Dal Makhani was the food highlight of the trip – delicious and a great way to refuel after a big day. The sizing was just right too, which was a pleasant surprise as I usually eat a freeze-dri meal for 2.

Made a great breakfast on a cold morning. Just the right level of spice to warm up the body, but not curry-level heat, which tends to cause er, reflux, when eaten before exercise….
I added a splash of extra water for a soup consistency, which suited my preference for liquid in the morning.
Great also to have gluten and dairy free dehy. More please.

Awesome meal! Super tasty. One of the best around. Really hope they come out with another lentil curry option thats vegan! Maybe chickpea based?

Really nice flavours but I would have liked a bit more protein after a long day! Would still recommend as it was delicious but maybe add a protein bar for dessert like I did
