My friend and I both has the beef stroganoff meal (with the same expiry date) and they were COMPLETELY different! One was pretty good and the other one was gross – a weird pale grey color – I think some of the ingredients must have been left out? We had half of each but you could still taste a weird off taste – not good!

This is certainly unusual, we don’t make our meals by adding individual components to the pack, all of our meals are batch cooked, which means it’s impossible to miss ingredients from 1 pack and not another. One of the best freeze dried meals I’ve had, I’d honestly eat it for a dinner at home if I was in a rush. Super fresh tasting! I let mine sit for much longer than recommended as it was vac packed into big clumps but it still turned out fantastic. I’ve already repurchased some packets for my stash.
