I really like the cold rehydrate method of this one. Tasted fresh and light. Slightly on the tangy side for me, but I will still be adding it to my winners list. Great for a quick lunch.

So good to have something fresh tasting! Its like the famous Ripe deli ‘raw energy’ salad. Great for lunches as you don’t need to heat up water. Surprisingly high protein too for a salad.
