These mashed potatoes are amazing. Had nice big real chunks of bacon. Tasted nothing like the usual bland dehydrated potatoes. I will always have these in my pantry now not only for tramping but a quick comfort food. Excited to try the cheesy potatoes next.

This dish is AMAZING! Had half a pack for brekky fastpacking the Old Ghost Rd, then to my companions disgust I lathered my marmite and cheese sammy with it at lunch time, and had the rest with the Sri Lankan Curry that night!! Epic!
